Chair & Standing Yoga

Chair & Standing Yoga In-Person

Registration Required. Fee is $10 for the two-month series

Series dates: 9/4, 9/11, 9/25, 10/ 9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30

Please bring a yoga block, yoga belt and a mat. 

Chair and Standing Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga which works your muscles and joints to increase flexibility/mobility, circulation, strength, and balance.  It helps to firm and tone the body. The movements and postures in yoga encourages deep breathing, improved posture, and meditation. It is said that yoga helps to reduce blood pressure, quicken recovery from injuries or surgery, and improves sleep. It is a great way to experience overall well-being in body and mind.
