Chair & Standing Yoga

Chair & Standing Yoga In-Person

Registration Required. Fee is $10 for the two-month series. Series dates: 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 12/18

Please bring a yoga block, yoga belt and a mat. 

Take time to slow down and care for your body with this gentle form of yoga.

Using both seated and standing postures, you’ll work your muscles and joints to improve flexibility, mobility, circulation, strength, and balance. The practice also encourages deep breathing, better posture, and moments of quiet meditation. Many find that yoga supports overall well-being—helping with relaxation, sleep, recovery, and peace of mind.

This class is a wonderful way to nurture both body and spirit.
