Pilates: Saturday

Pilates: Saturday In-Person

Registration required, for one session.  No fee. 

Mat Pilates will help you strengthen your muscles and core strength like your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Through a series of exercises, Pilates will aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of the class. This is an open level class. It will make you feel centered, elongated and stronger!

Bring one thick mat or two thin yoga mats.
