Soulful Sound Healing In-Person
Enjoy a rich tapestry of sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, gentle rhythmic drumming, tuning forks, and various other instruments. Sound healing provides a unique and immersive experience that can help release tension and stress, allowing you to feel more balanced, harmonious and at peace
**For attendees who wish to lay along the floor during the sound bath, they are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow for their head, pillow for their legs, a night mast and light blanket. Chairs will also be provided.
