Breathe & Flow Prenatal Yoga In-Person
Designed specifically for moms-to-be in support of maintaining emotional, physical, and mental health during pregnancy and in preparation for Labor & Delivery, and beyond. This class provides the necessary tools to help mom bond with baby via the practice of yoga. Join the community of Yoga Mamas as you breathe, flow and create space for peace and deep relaxation. This well-balanced practice focuses on poses (asana) geared towards relieving physical discomfort as well as increasing flexibility and physical strength. Special emphasis on breath awareness, controlled breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation for a sense of overall well-being and calm. All stages of pregnancy and yoga levels welcome.
*Yoga mat, block, and blanket are recommended for this program.
