Adrienne Bernstein, MS Dance- Movement Therapy is the founder of Holistic Living Resources. LLC. She received her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. In addition, she has a 500-hour certification as an ISHTA yoga teacher.
