Happy Fall! We are bringing hooping back indoors!

Hula hooping builds core muscles, trims the waistline, burns calories, and is so fun it doesn’t feel like exercise. The focus of this class is on-body hula hooping using adult-sized hula hoops. Beginners will start with waist hooping, and with practice can learn to hula hoop on legs, chest, and shoulders. Hula hoopers at all skill levels are welcome. This is a great workout for everyone!
